For almost 100 years, the Hindu Board of Education, Sri Lanka has dedicated itself to improving the lives of children through education, care, and opportunity.Today, we continue this mission through a new vision—bringing world-class STEM Education to underprivileged children across Sri Lanka.Although our organization was founded with Hindu educational values, our services are open to every child regardless of religion, ethnicity, gender, or social background.We believe that education is a universal right, and every child deserves an equal opportunity to succeed.

STEM stands for:

The first phase of this project focuses on children living in our three Child Development Centres in Jaffna.
However, our vision extends much further.
Within the next decade, we aim to expand STEM education opportunities to underprivileged children across Sri Lanka by:

🚐 Launching Mobile STEM Laboratories for rural communities
🎓 Providing STEM Scholarships
🤝 Partnering with schools, universities, industries, and NGOs
🌐 Developing online STEM learning platforms

📚 Creating community-based digital learning hubs
Our long-term goal is to ensure no child is left behind because of poverty or lack of access to quality education.
