This structure clearly shows that:

• The General Body is the supreme governing authority.
• The Board of Directors is elected by the General Body.
• The Office Staff manages the day-to-day administration under the Board.
• Each Children’s Home has its own Management Board, which is appointed by the Board of Directors of the Hindu Board of Education.
• Home Managers and operational staff report to their respective Home Management Boards while remaining under the overall supervision of the Hindu Board of Education.
